ORDERS

Can I change/ cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

The New Savvy aims to deliver fast and good service which means once an order is placed  - there is no turning back. Cancellation, refunds and changing of delivery address are not permitted.

Therefore, make sure to choose wisely so that your order... is in order. We apologise in advance for not offering changes or cancellations.

My item is faulty/ wrong, can I return it?

Each item purchased is lovingly packed by The New Savvy team especially for you. 

If this happens, we wholeheartedly apologise for our mistake. Please get in touch with your order number and a photograph of the defective item via email. We will make sure to replace your item within 1-2 weeks.

There is strictly no refund policy. Therefore, if an item is found to be defective, we are only able to replace it with the same item of better quality.


There’s one or more item/s missing from my order, what should I do?

Please email us with your order number and missing item and we will make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How often do you restock?

Products are subject to availability and seasonality. Therefore, once a product is sold out, we may or may not restock the item.

Our caps are free-size with an adjustable bucket behind.


Every product consist of size measurements.

How can I make payment?

Payments are accepted in credit/ debit card transactions as well as through Paypal.


I am unable to make payment at the moment, will my shopping cart be affected?

Shopping carts will be kept for 24 hours. After that, the shop’s system will automatically clear your cache.


Do you sell gift vouchers and/or promotion codes?

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For Singapore: Your order is processed on the next working day. Once we’ve confirmed your order, it will take approximately 5 working days to arrive.

For other countries: Your order is process within the next 1-2 working days. Once we’ve confirmed your order, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.

We will send you an acknowledgement email that the items have been shipped and the delivery window in which your order will arrive.


Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, this service is still unavailable at the moment but we are working on the site to ensure that your shopping experience will be maximised to its fullest.

I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within the stated delivery window, please contact us through the Contact Page or drop an email to shop@thenewsavvy.com


Will my order be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We will not pay for such additional charges, therefore, please check with your destination country’s post office regulations.
